Other U.S. State Privacy Rights

In addition to California and Virginia, a growing number of states have enacted comprehensive consumer privacy laws, including Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Texas, Oregon, Montana, Iowa, Indiana, Delaware, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Kentucky, Maryland, Minnesota, Nebraska, Rhode Island, and Tennessee. While the specific requirements of each law vary, the core consumer rights are consistent across all of them.

How to Submit a Request: Regardless of which state you reside in, submit all privacy rights requests to owners@mastertheexams.com. We will respond within the timeframe required by your state's applicable law — typically 45 days, with a possible extension of an additional 45 days where permitted.

Note: Most state privacy laws include applicability thresholds based on the volume of data processed or business revenue.
